These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Islence Luxury Travel ("Islence," "we," "us," or "our"), a travel services company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada.
By accessing our website, engaging our services, or making a booking with Islence, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Islence provides luxury travel planning and concierge services, including but not limited to:
All services are subject to availability and confirmation by third-party suppliers.
All bookings require written confirmation from Islence. Verbal agreements or preliminary discussions do not constitute a confirmed booking.
We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and certified cheques in Canadian Dollars (CAD). All prices are quoted in CAD unless otherwise specified.
In the unlikely event that Islence must cancel your trip due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund or reschedule your travel at no additional cost.
Cancellations by hotels, airlines, or other service providers are subject to their individual cancellation policies. Islence will assist in obtaining refunds but cannot guarantee reimbursement for third-party cancellations.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance should cover trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation. Islence can assist in securing appropriate coverage but is not responsible for claims or coverage disputes.
Islence acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any service providers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages resulting from such providers.
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services in question.
Islence is not liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or pandemics.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Islence or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
Before pursuing formal legal action, parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Islence is registered with the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) and maintains appropriate bonding and insurance as required by Canadian law. Our TICO registration number is available upon request.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
